When do I need to upgrade?
The free tier covers the full RSVP wedding website, seating, vendors, checklist and basic budget tracking up to 150 guests. Most couples can plan their whole wedding without paying anything. Upgrade when you have more than 150 guests, or when you want digital invitations, the full runsheet, the venue shortlist, your style board or complete budget tracking.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Cancel through the billing portal on your Account page and your Pass features stay active until the end of the billing period. No penalties, no questions.
Is annual worth it?
If your event is more than a month away, yes. At $109/yr versus $156/yr monthly, you save $47. Most couples plan 6 to 18 months out, so annual easily pays for itself.
Can I upgrade after I've started?
Absolutely. All your existing events, guests and vendor data stay exactly as they are when you upgrade, and the Pass features unlock for your whole account immediately.
