This isn't the legal version — that's our Privacy Policy. This is the short, human version of what happens to your wedding and your guests' details when you use Centrepiece.
Where it lives
Your event data is stored with Supabase, our database provider, and served through Cloudflare. We don't keep a separate copy anywhere else, and we don't hand it off to data brokers or ad networks.
Only your guests can see their own details
Names, dietary requirements, RSVP replies and messages are visible only to the couple who invited that guest. Guests can't see each other's details, and nothing is public by default.
We never sell your data
Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. We built Centrepiece because we were tired of watching couples wrangle spreadsheets — not to build a data business on top of it.
Export anytime
Your guest list, RSVPs and dietary requirements can be exported to CSV whenever you like, straight from your dashboard — it's built in, not a favour we have to do for you.
Delete anytime
Deleting your account from Account settings permanently removes your event and every piece of guest data attached to it. There's no "soft delete" sitting around afterwards.
The demo saves nothing
The sample wedding demo runs entirely in memory. Nothing you do there is saved or sent anywhere, and it resets the moment you leave.
